Giovanna is very nice to work with. She listens to your concerns and will work with your issues to its conclusion. She is very professional and personable. Despite the fact that we put our condo up for sale right when the economy was thought to be going into a recession and high interest rates, she was able to find a buyer for us! It was great relief to the grandparents since they were relying on the sale for their retirement. Both my husband and I liked her from the beginning. She puts on no airs, she is upfront and she can make things work! We would definitely recommend Giovanna!

Giovanna is a very honest and caring agent. She listened to all of my wants and when I would say "I could live with this" or "I think I could be okay in this area" she called me out. She could find out "The perfect" house. And hot-dang, she did it! She was so flexible with show times, and always reachable when I needed. And she never made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing something. She is real refreshing and had a new spin on real estate buying. I can truthfully say I had a lot of fun buying my house!
